PCB Thru-hole Assembly

Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
Our THREE AOI machines automatically inspect all PCB's that are run through our SMT lines. These ensure all parts are mounted securely and properly every time.
Selective Soldering
Our three lead-free selective soldering machines to keep up with today’s double-sided boards with through-hole technology. With a variety of nozzle diameters available on every machine we can selectively solder even the most challenging double-sided printed circuit boards.
Wave Soldering
Our lead-free selective mini wave system as well as a lead-free traditional wave system that allows for quick and efficient soldering of single-sided printed circuit boards. These machines give us the flexibility to mass produce single sided printed circuit boards along side of our selective soldering machines to give us the best of both technologies.
Conformal Coating
Our conformal coating machine ensures that your PCBs are evenly coated and protected from environmental factors ensuring longevity.
Value-Added Assembly
Our turnkey solutions can also install any PCB we produce into its finally assembly. This process ensures that your product is entirely ready before it leaves our facility.
Other Capabilities
